  • Turkey, Stilton & Port Pie - Pieces of turkey in a creamy vintage port and Stilton sauce, enclosed in a short crust pastry base & a puff pastry lid.
  • Woodland Mushroom Pie - A puff pastry case & lid, filled with a selection of mushrooms in a rich mushroom sauce.
  • Venison Pie - Seasonal venison served in a rich Merlot sauce, encased in a butter enriched shortcrust pastry.
